Re-adding the breath mechanic + harmful puff clouds

Hello. Very short devlog today cause I’m tired, but I have new prototype footage to show off. I have re-added the breath mechanic back into the game, and I’ve also remade the player UI. Plus, the puff cloud can now deal very weak damage to enemies, meaning Mimosa can no longer become helpless when he runs out of breath. Mimosa and the enemies can’t get knocked back when hurt, and I’ll add it back in the future.
