Breath Jellies, the Breath Meter, and other adjustments
Time for another Devlog update!
If you haven’t read my previous devlog (which reveals his new design of course), Mimosa ran out of breath and spits out nothing. This is because he now has a finite amount of breaths to spit out (100). However, I have added a new element to this game, and they are Breath Jellies.
These jellies are capable of refilling your breath meter. They are found across Timesea, but they can be dropped by enemies too (Which hasn’t been coded yet). They currently come in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. The small size is the most common, while large ones are the rarest.
Also, I made the screen size a lot larger now. This meant that I had to change the background size as well.
And lastly, I have adjusted the text box sizes as well, so it doesn’t take up too much of the screen.
Mimosa and the Clocktower
Sea clocks, nursery rhymes, time manipulation, and... a baby dragon? (Currently under concept/prototype stage!)
