New Enemy, HUD changes, and bug fixes
Mimosa and the Clocktower » Devlog
So, yup. Another devlog.
Here are some updates.
First off, let me introduce to you Rosering. Based on the nursery rhyme, “Ring around the Rosies”, these plants are always stationary, but they cannot be destroyed, and making contact on them will deal damage to Mimosa. They come in clusters, usually covering the ground.
I have also made some changes and fixed a few bugs.
- I have added the Health icon to the HUD. Mimosa only has twelve HP in the game, so I decided to make it look like the clock of fate just because it looks cool.
- The breath bar has been adjusted slightly. I have also added text over it to prevent confusion.
- Added the berry slot. It’s useless for now, but I plan to make it so it displays the current berry you have equipped in the future.
- Mimosa can no longer shoot on the first frame of the textbox popping up.
- (Not demonstrated in this video) Mimosa can no longer take damage while the textbox is open.
- The textbox has been altered and the text was made larger.
That’s all for now.
